Jay Fertig

President of Bayshore Land Group and Vice President of Bayshore Construction Group, is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and has extensive experience in the acquisition and financing of property throughout the state. He spent over 13 years with Atlantic Gulf Communities, culminating as Senior Vice President of National Land Sales. In this capacity, he oversaw the management and sale of over $300 million of property including commercial, industrial, residential, agricultural and environmentally sensitive properties. Mr. Fertig holds a degree from the State University of New York and an MBA from Pace University.

Chris MacNair

President of Bayshore Construction Group and Vice President of Bayshore Land Group, holds a General Contractors License in the State of Florida. He spent over 10 years with Atlantic Gulf Communities in various capacities including directing Florida West Coast land sales and commercial activities for the Corporation. Prior to joining Atlantic Gulf, he served as Project Engineer for Post Buckley, Schuh & Jernigan. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA from Florida International University. In addition, he holds a real estate brokers license in Florida and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Mr. MacNair directs the permitting, development and construction activities for the Company.

Ilene K. Kobert

Ilene Kobert is general counsel to the Company, handling our transactional commercial and residential real estate matters, including: acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, real estate financing, environmental issues, land use matters, and title issues, as well as managing our real estate litigation.

Mrs. Kobert is a cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where she was an associate editor of and was published in the InterAmerican Law Review. She also earned her bachelor's degree cum laude from Syracuse University. Mrs. Kobert is member of the Florida Bar since 1988, including its Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section.

Prior to joining the Company, she served as Senior Attorney for Burger King Corporation, representing its real estate, construction, development and information technology departments; as Corporate Counsel for a real estate development company, Atlantic Gulf Communities; as General Counsel for a hotel management firm, Oak Forest Hotels, Inc.; and as an associate real estate attorney with the international law firm of Holland & Knight.
